MDM HYBRID EVENTS

What's going on guys welcome back here to another episode of Mic Drop Minute my name is Brian Lansing I am the owner of Mic Drop Entertainment.

Now we're getting a lot of questions from companies and event planners saying what does the future of events look like is it going to be virtual is it going to be live in person what is it going to look like well we believe that the future of events is going to be a hybrid model combining both the virtual and the in-person element and so we want to give you a couple tips as you begin to plan out your hybrid events for the upcoming year in 2021 and 22. one thing to keep in mind is to remember that you're going to have two different audiences those that are going to be tuning in and streaming on the virtual setting and then your audiences that are going to be joining you in person so one thing that you could do is make sure that you have two different hosts one to speak to the camera and your virtual audience and one to connect and engage with your live audience another thing you want to make sure to do because the attention span of your virtual audience is going to be a little bit shorter than those in person is make sure that you keep it fun engaging and interactive in fact one of the things we love to do is our quiz show or mde feud game show well hey there you go guys get after those hybrid events get planning that's our another episode of mic drop minute we'll see you next week.
